Shipping Information:
Orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order and in the order in which it was received. We do our very best to keep every product in stock at all times, but, in the event that we are out of stock of a particular item we will ship what we have and place the out of stock item(s) on backorder. Standard UPS delivery times apply once your order has been shipped.

The online store cannot process orders exceeding 150 lbs. Please contact Customer Service to place your order.

Return Policy:
One Month To Live will accept returns within 90 days of your delivery date. All items must be unused and in their original condition. One Month To Live will pay return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of 10%. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned items.

Please call Customer Service at 866-977-OMTL (6685) to authorize and issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Materials returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
